You must have a credit or debit card to book a reservation online.

All tours are charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

For the Sonoma Tour, Napa Tour, and Napa & Sonoma Combo Tour:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are 100% refundable. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not refundable.
  • Changes made more than 48 hours in advance are permitted. Changes made less than 48 hours in advance are not permitted, and no refund will be issued.

For the Alcatraz and Wine Country Combo Tour and Half-Day Sonoma Tour:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are 100% refundable. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are not refundable.
  • Changes made more than 7 days in advance are permitted. Changes made less than 7 days in advance are not permitted, and no refund will be issued.

Fees. A 99 cent per person convenience fee will be charged on each reservation. If you cancel, the 99-cent fee is refundable.
